Chris has been involved in AV since the mid 1980’s in a variety of technical, operational, engineering, and service management roles within central government, advertising, banking, and traditional AV integrators. His focus has always been on providing the right solution and understanding a client’s needs, carefully blending the most suitable technology with the highest quality of delivery in partnership with end users. His experience is truly unique having held roles as diverse as supplier, operations and client. Having a strong focussed attention to detail, Chris is highly experienced in the full staffing lifecycle, having transitioned, developed, and run one of the largest global outsourced AV delivery teams within a client environment. Always with an eye for improvement and utilizing an understanding of changing market trends and technologies, Chris is a member of AVIXA, the Royal Television Society, the Chartered Institute for IT, the IET and the Chelmsford Science and Engineering Society – all of which feeds his keen interest in technology and to connect and interact with industry peers.
Chris is a hands on and capable highly experienced manager, willing to learn and research new areas to ensure continuous development. During down time he is working with the University of Middlesbrough in the development of an accredited Audio-Visual Apprenticeship running alongside their existing degree in Audio Visual technology and has a keen interest in classic car and motorbike restoration – he simply does not like anything that is broken!

Mike has worked in the Audio visual and Telecoms industry since 1990. An RAF veteran who has graduated to Senior Management positions in Operations and Service departments. He is an innovator in service products and processes, and firmly believes that the customer is at the centre of every action a company takes.
Having transformed provisioning services in the telecoms industry and project managed the AV installation on the largest super yacht to be built in the Netherlands, Mike has a broad range of experiences that always allow a solution to be found to any issue.
His passion is customers relations and he loves providing solutions to customers though management, innovation, lateral thinking but most of all putting the customer first. Not afraid to get his hands dirty Mike an often be seen on customer site following instructions from Installers, service engineers, programmers, in fact anyone who can help deliver a project or service to a client.
Anyone who knows Mike will know his motto of ‘Do the right things right, first time every time’ is what drives every decision and action to deliver Customer satisfaction.
